Sarah Sanders, Head trainer & Clinician

Sarah has years of riding experience in all areas of the equestrian world. As a trainer, she starts young horses and trains them to carry a rider. As a competitor, she is equally at home riding dressage tests, jumping courses and reining patterns, general cattle handling, basic cutting and endurance riding. As an instructor, Sarah has taught the basic skills with the opportunity to work under these world renowned trainers:

Jumping

Denny Emerson: “Olympic Gold Medal winner in 3 day eventing. One of the 50 most influential horsemen of the twentieth century…” (The Chronicle of the Horse, 2000). USEA Hall of Fame, eventer, trainer, coach, author, leader, activist.

Susan Baker: Won multiple jumping and cross-country events. She was a student of Jimmy Williams, who has placed more students on the U.S. Olympic team and any other coach.

Carl Bassette: Equitation and hunt seat trainer.

Kerry Warren-Couch: Winner of countless jumper and cross-country events.

Western Arts

Janiece Johnson-Wilson: Trains Arizona Gymkhana Grand Champion participants in all events. Also was a student of Monte Foreman and is one the last certified instructors.

Sandy Collier: Only woman to win the National Reined Cow Horse Futurity

Susan Baker: World renowned Monte Foreman Prodigy, Susan celebrates six world status championships in reining, working cow horse, cutting, jumping and cross-country. She is also a Foreman certified instructor.

Dressage

Brad Cutshall: FEI Dressage Competitor, Trainer and Clinician and USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medalist.

Casey Davis: Graduate of Meredith Manor – Dressage major under Bodo Hagden

Accomplishments

Talented Horse Trainer

Endurance: 165 limited distance miles, 100 endurance miles, finished the Western States Trail Ride (Tevis Cup) on an Arabian stallion, DB Emir.

Hunter: Sarah has competed to the national level in hunter and has earned region 11 Reserve Champion working hunter under saddle horse on Arabian stallion, DB Khrush.
